Eastern Union Interactive’s First-Quarter Revenue Rises 18% on Cross-Border FX Demand
Eastern Union Interactive focuses on cross-border money flows, compliant foreign exchange and fintech services. It has benefited from increased cross-border transactions by businesses and consumers, as well as growing demand across markets for regulatory compliance and more efficient settlement. Its operating performance reflects demand for cross-border financial services and will help determine whether it can extend its existing foreign-exchange capabilities into payments, credit and everyday spending.
Eastern Union Interactive said its latest consolidated revenue for the first quarter ended March 31 reached NT$149 million, up 18% from a year earlier. Growth was driven mainly by demand for cross-border money flows and compliant foreign exchange. The company will focus on embedded finance and cross-border fintech infrastructure as it continues expanding applications in payments, credit and everyday spending.
