ADGM Academy Graduates Third Cohort of Financial Market Pioneers

The Financial Market Pioneers Programme is a talent-development initiative run by ADGM Academy, the knowledge arm of Abu Dhabi’s international financial centre, with the UAE Capital Market Authority and Sandooq Al Watan. Combining specialised instruction, practical market exposure and engagement with industry professionals, the programme is designed to prepare Emirati youth for careers in banking and asset management while supporting the UAE’s broader goals of workforce localisation, economic diversification and stronger capital markets.

A report published on June 20, 2026, said 28 Emirati participants had completed the programme’s third cohort, lifting the total number of graduates across three rounds to 86. The graduation ceremony was held at ADGM Academy’s headquarters. Organisers said participants gained the technical knowledge and operational confidence needed to navigate international financial markets, technology adoption and regulatory responsibilities. No funding amount or programme budget was disclosed.
