Pons and Trading Terminals Fuel Robinhood Chain Growth
Robinhood Chain has recorded accelerating onchain activity, trading volume and protocol revenue in the nearly two months since its launch, with revenue surpassing that of several early-stage Layer 2 networks. The performance matters because it suggests Robinhood is beginning to convert its established trading audience into blockchain users, creating a reinforcing cycle in which liquidity attracts applications, applications draw traders and increased activity generates more revenue for the ecosystem.
Recent growth has been driven largely by Pons, a launchpad protocol that has emerged as a key gateway to the network, alongside trading terminals serving active users. Pons uses creator incentives to attract token launches and community traffic, while token buybacks and burns channel trading demand back into its economy. Together, the launchpad and trading tools have lifted capital inflows and user activity, helping Robinhood Chain set repeated trading-volume highs within its first two months.
