The campaign spans four major areas, including digital technology and AI transformation, financial expertise and sustainable development. The insurer aims to strengthen technology development, risk management and its leadership succession pipeline.
Nan Shan Life recently attended National Taiwan University’s campus recruitment fair and announced plans to hire 600 office-based professionals in 2026. Priority roles include AI research and development engineers and data scientists. The company is also continuing its Management Associate program to develop future managers with practical experience in finance and insurance as well as cross-disciplinary capabilities.

Nan Shan Life recently unveiled the hub’s work for the first time, including three smart bots such as an AI role-play training tool for insurance agents and a compliance assistant. The tools help agents simulate customer interactions, look up regulations and streamline corporate processes. The team had reached 500 people as of the announcement. Reports did not disclose the exact release date, investment amount or full implementation timetable.
