Fuh Hwa to Launch Financial Equity-Bond Umbrella Fund on March 23

Fuh Hwa Securities Investment Trust is turning to global financial assets as investors seek diversification from crowded artificial-intelligence and technology trades. The firm sees potential support from looser regulation and interest-rate cuts, which could lower funding costs and lift bond valuations. It is pitching financial stocks and debt as a lower-volatility allocation whose return potential can remain competitive with AI-linked investments, though performance will depend on market and policy conditions.

Fuh Hwa said its Financial Equity-Bond Dual-Income Umbrella Fund will open for subscriptions on March 23. The offering comprises two actively managed portfolios: a financial dividend equity fund investing in global financial shares and a financial bond-income fund focused on debt issued by the sector. The products will seek returns from dividends, bond coupons and capital gains. Fuh Hwa has not disclosed a fundraising target, and investors remain exposed to interest-rate, credit and market risks.
