Madison Realty Capital Opens Middle East Hub in ADGM
Madison Realty Capital is a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm focused on U.S. commercial real estate lending. Founded in 2004, the New York-based manager has completed $70 billion in real estate credit transactions and oversaw $23 billion in assets as of June 30, 2025. Establishing a presence in Abu Dhabi Global Market gives the firm closer access to sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and other institutional investors across the Gulf Cooperation Council.
Madison Realty Capital announced the Middle East office on Feb. 17, 2026, after securing Financial Services Permission from ADGM’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority. The hub will serve existing and prospective GCC investors as the firm broadens its global capital base. Madison also appointed Siddarth Dalamal as managing director in investor relations to lead regional coverage. Dalamal, who reports to Managing Principal Adam Tantleff, has spent more than 17 years in the UAE and has raised capital across private credit, real estate and private equity.
