Scotiabank’s Dynamic Launches Multi-Crypto ETF With 3iQ

1 reports · First detected 2026-03-05 · Last active 2026-03-05

Canada’s early approval of spot Bitcoin ETFs helped establish the country as a regulated market for digital-asset funds. Dynamic Funds, a division of Scotiabank-owned 1832 Asset Management, is extending that market beyond single-token products through an actively managed portfolio. Digital-asset manager 3iQ serves as sub-adviser, giving investors one exchange-traded vehicle for diversified crypto exposure rather than requiring separate holdings in individual coins.

The Dynamic Active Multi-Crypto ETF began trading on Cboe Canada under the ticker DXMC on March 4, 2026, with exposure to Bitcoin, Ether, Solana and XRP. Its initial issuance comprised 50,000 units priced at C$20 each, representing C$1 million. Dynamic temporarily cut the annual management fee to 0.25% from 0.45%, with the waiver scheduled to remain in place until March 1, 2027.
