Nota Sign Integrates Hong Kong’s iAM Smart for Cross-Border E-Signatures

1 reports · First detected 2026-07-28 · Last active 2026-07-28

Hong Kong’s government-developed iAM Smart serves as a digital identity gateway for public and commercial services, with digital signing backed by the city’s Electronic Transactions Ordinance. Linking that trusted identity layer to contract workflows matters for companies operating across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, where repeated registration, identity checks and differing compliance requirements can slow account opening, employee onboarding and cross-border agreements.

On July 28, 2026, Fadada’s global e-signature platform Nota Sign said it had formally integrated iAM Smart, allowing users to log in, verify identities and sign contracts, business documents and official records online. By the first quarter of 2026, the iAM Smart app had topped 10 million cumulative downloads and connected to more than 1,400 online services and electronic forms. Nota Sign says its platform supports requirements in more than 100 countries and regions and has ISO/IEC 27001 and 27701 certifications plus SOC 2 Type I and Type II audits.
