Ripple Launches Enterprise Treasury Platform Unifying Digital Assets and Fiat

3 reports · First detected 2026-04-02 · Last active 2026-04-02

Corporate treasury teams have traditionally managed bank cash and digital assets held with custodians in separate systems, relying on spreadsheets and manual reconciliation. Ripple acquired GTreasury, which has more than 40 years of experience, for $1 billion on October 16, 2025. Its clients process more than $12 trillion in payments annually, and the integration marked an important step in Ripple’s expansion into treasury management for large enterprises.

On April 1, 2026, Ripple Treasury launched two native features, Digital Asset Accounts and Unified Treasury. They allow chief financial officers to view, hold and manage fiat currencies, XRP and RLUSD across banks and custodians through a single interface, reducing the need to open external accounts and perform manual reconciliation. Ripple said stablecoin transaction volume reached $33 trillion in 2025, up 72% year on year.

Ripple Launches Unified Stablecoin Platform to Bolster Global Enterprise Payments2026-03-21 · 1 reports · similarity 0.81

Ripple, which has long used blockchain infrastructure to facilitate cross-border payments for businesses, has introduced its Unified Stablecoin Platform, bringing stablecoin issuance, transfers and settlement into a single workflow. For multinational companies, the platform is designed to reduce the layers of correspondent banks involved while improving visibility into fund flows and accelerating payments.

The latest reports say Ripple is using the platform to drive global enterprise adoption, allowing customers to make and settle cross-border payments with stablecoins. As of July 20, 2026, available information did not disclose the investment amount, transaction volume, initial enterprise customers or number of countries covered. Attention will now turn to the formal launch date, regulatory progress and actual payment volumes.
