LeapXpert Raises $180 Million to Bring AI to Governed Enterprise Messaging

Transactions and customer-service conversations are increasingly moving to WhatsApp, iMessage, Signal and WeChat. But these “off-channel communications” often fall outside corporate retention, supervision and audit systems, creating compliance risks for financial institutions and government agencies. LeapXpert’s platform captures and governs these messages, then uses AI to turn compliance data into insights and workflows.

LeapXpert announced on June 30, 2026, that it had secured a $180 million growth investment, its largest funding round to date. Riverwood Capital led the round, with existing investor Portage Ventures participating. The funds will be used to strengthen AI-powered analytics and agent capabilities for governed conversations, expand in financial services, the public sector and large enterprises, and build out its senior executive team.
