Thunder Tiger Opens Public Subscription for Cash Capital Increase
Thunder Tiger (8033), a Taiwanese manufacturer of unmanned vehicles and drones, is raising growth capital through a cash capital increase as it benefits from Taiwan's defense self-reliance drive and the localization of drone supply chains. The proceeds will fund construction of an unmanned-vehicle plant and capacity expansion, supporting the company's ability to secure orders and scale up operations.
Shares in the cash capital increase are scheduled to be offered through a public subscription from May 27 to 29 at an underwriting price of NT$108 per share. Based on the market price when the related report was published, investors allocated one lot could see a potential gain of about NT$28,000. Actual returns will depend on the share price after the securities are delivered, and subscribers should also monitor the payment and lottery schedules.
