PlanB Updates S2F Model, Sees Bitcoin Cycle Average Reaching $500,000
PlanB’s Stock-to-Flow (S2F) model estimates Bitcoin’s price based on its scarcity and post-halving supply changes. Long followed by the crypto market, the model has become an important reference for investors assessing long-term valuations as the 2024 halving reduces new supply and tests whether previous cycle patterns will hold.
PlanB’s latest update suggests Bitcoin could average $500,000 during the 2024–2028 cycle. Compared with its current price of about $67,000, he believes the market remains undervalued. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has yet to signal overheating, leading him to view current levels as an attractive buying opportunity.
