Belgian Crypto Startup Keyrock Raises Series C at $1.1 Billion Valuation
Founded in Belgium in 2017, Keyrock provides digital-asset market-making, over-the-counter trading, and asset-management services across 85 centralized and decentralized trading platforms worldwide. The company raised $72 million in a Series B round in 2022. Its move past the $1 billion valuation threshold reflects growing demand from traditional finance for tokenized-market infrastructure.
Keyrock announced on March 31, 2026, that it had secured Series C funding in a round led by Standard Chartered Group’s venture arm, SC Ventures, with participation from Ripple. Market data put the round at about $100 million and the company’s valuation at $1.1 billion. Keyrock will use the new capital to strengthen its balance sheet, develop new services, and pursue acquisitions, while providing liquidity and asset-management infrastructure to financial institutions entering the tokenized economy.
