CTBC Bank Brings ATMs to Kinmen Convenience Stores, Tops 8,000 Nationwide

CTBC Bank has long worked with 7-ELEVEN to deploy ATMs and has now extended the service to Kinmen, improving access to cash and basic financial transactions on outlying islands and in remote areas. The expanded network also strengthens the bank’s role in financial inclusion, fraud prevention and the reach of in-person services.

As of July 20, 2026, CTBC Bank had installed new ATMs at 26 7-ELEVEN stores in Kinmen, formally bringing its nationwide total above 8,000—the largest network of any bank in Taiwan. The rollout also includes upgraded fraud-prevention measures using AI-powered identification technology to improve alerts for unusual transactions and suspicious activity.
