Bitget Launches $300 Million Archimedes Program for Quant and Asset Managers

1 reports · First detected 2026-08-27 · Last active 2026-08-27

Quantitative trading firms and asset managers expanding into digital assets often face high funding costs, fragmented liquidity and inefficient capital allocation across trading accounts. Cryptocurrency exchange Bitget is targeting those constraints with its Archimedes Program, an institutional initiative designed to help professional firms scale strategies spanning crypto assets and tokenized markets while making more efficient use of available collateral.

Bitget recently announced that the Archimedes Program will deploy as much as $300 million through two channels: direct capital support and interest-free lending for eligible quantitative firms and asset managers. The initiative also incorporates Bitget’s unified account architecture, allowing participants to consolidate assets and improve capital efficiency as they expand trading and investment strategies across digital-asset and tokenized-market products.
