UK Robotics Startup Humanoid Unveils KinetIQ AI Brain to Speed Robot Learning

1 reports · First detected 2026-05-07 · Last active 2026-05-07

London-based robotics startup Humanoid is developing humanoid robots for use in logistics, manufacturing and automotive supply chains. Its proprietary central control system, KinetIQ, combines vision, language understanding and motion control. The system is designed to cut the time and cost required for skills training and deployment, advancing the commercialization of humanoid robots.

Humanoid recently demonstrated KinetIQ’s training capabilities, with a prototype learning to walk in just 48 hours and acquiring skills such as object manipulation more quickly. The technology shortens a learning process that could previously take months to just days. The company plans to begin mass production in 2027, initially targeting logistics, manufacturing and automotive supply-chain applications. It has not disclosed the investment amount or product pricing.
