TRON DAO Joins Agentic AI Foundation to Advance AI Agents

The Linux Foundation operates the Agentic AI Foundation, or AAIF, which seeks to establish an open and interoperable technology framework for AI agents. By joining, TRON DAO aims to combine the TRON blockchain's payment and settlement capabilities with infrastructure designed to meet demand from AI agents autonomously executing large volumes of on-chain transactions.

TRON DAO announced that it had joined AAIF and secured a seat on its governing board, with founder Justin Sun expressing optimism about integrating AI agents with blockchain technology. The two organizations will promote common standards and infrastructure for agents. The announcement did not disclose the collaboration date, investment amount or a specific launch timetable.
