Experian Expands ServiceNow AI Deployment Across Enterprise
Experian is a global data and technology company and a long-standing ServiceNow customer and strategic partner. The project reflects a broader shift in corporate AI spending: companies are trying to move beyond isolated pilots by linking data, governance and workflows on a common platform. ServiceNow’s system is designed to make decisions by employees and AI agents informed, governed and auditable, a key requirement as regulated businesses deploy automation across critical operations.
ServiceNow said on July 23, 2026, that Experian would significantly expand its use of the ServiceNow AI Platform across human resources, IT, asset management and risk. The companies will also natively integrate the Experian Ascend Platform with ServiceNow workflows, initially targeting three areas: employee onboarding, third-party risk management and model lifecycle governance. The partnership is intended to let autonomous AI agents use Experian’s intelligence and decisioning tools directly. The companies did not disclose the contract’s value or duration.

The history behind this eventExperian and ServiceNow Launch AI Agent Operating System for Lending
For financial institutions adopting agentic AI, the challenge extends beyond model capabilities to credit data, explainable decisions, audit trails and human oversight. Credit data company Experian is adding an Agent Operating System to its Ascend Platform, with ServiceNow providing the integration. The system is designed to automate high-risk processes such as fraud detection and credit decisions under regulatory controls.
Experian unveiled the system at Money20/20 Europe in Amsterdam on June 2, 2026. ServiceNow is its first integration partner, and the companies signed a multiyear agreement without disclosing its value. The system is expected to become available to early adopters later in 2026 before expanding to more than 2,300 client solutions worldwide. A separate survey found that 48% of financial institutions still struggle to integrate data into AI workflows.
