1 reports · First detected 2026-06-26 · Last active 2026-06-26

HwaCom Systems Inc., a Taiwan-based information and communications technology systems integrator, depends on the progression of large projects from contract awards and design to construction and acceptance. Rising corporate adoption of artificial intelligence, stronger cybersecurity requirements and semiconductor investment in computing infrastructure are expanding its addressable market. HwaCom plans to combine advanced AI, external investments and strategic partnerships to increase the value of its products and services.

Shareholders approved a cash dividend of NT$0.58 per share at HwaCom’s June 26, 2026 annual meeting, representing a payout ratio of 77.3%. Contract wins reached a record in 2025, while revenue in the first five months of 2026 rose 32.6% from a year earlier to NT$2.56 billion. Chairman Chen Kuo-chang said cross-domain integration projects would begin moving into construction in the third quarter, with semiconductor customers’ growing computing needs also supporting infrastructure work in the second half.
