Binance Card Opens to Taiwan Users With LINE Pay Support

Binance has opened applications for the Asia-Pacific version of Binance Card to users in Taiwan, extending the crypto exchange’s payment services into another major Asian market. The product is a virtual Mastercard debit card linked to a Binance wallet. When customers make purchases, the platform automatically converts eligible crypto assets into fiat currency for settlement, offering users a bridge between digital-asset holdings and conventional merchant payment networks.

Recent user testing shows that the virtual card can be added to LINE Pay and used for purchases in Taiwan. At checkout, Binance deducts funds from the user’s wallet and converts the selected cryptocurrency into the fiat currency accepted by the merchant. The card could not be successfully linked to Apple Pay in current tests, however, highlighting differences in wallet compatibility. Availability, rewards and fees remain subject to Binance’s latest terms and regional eligibility rules.
