ASUS and Wistron, two of Taiwan’s major hardware and computing equipment companies, are expanding campus recruitment as they build research and development teams for AI infrastructure to support future product development and operational growth.

With the 2026 campus recruitment season underway, ASUS and Wistron have posted openings in AI, servers and networking. The roles span software and hardware R&D, mechanical design and AI project internships, primarily targeting recent graduates and current students. Neither company has disclosed its total hiring target, salary levels or a single application deadline, with recruitment schedules varying by position.
