FGV Capital Raises $35 Million Fund for AI-FinTech Startups
Fiat Ventures has rebranded as FGV Capital as the venture firm expands its focus beyond traditional financial technology into artificial intelligence and financial inclusion. The shift comes as AI increasingly reshapes payments, lending, risk management and customer engagement, creating opportunities for startups that combine financial infrastructure with automated, data-driven services.
FGV Capital recently closed an oversubscribed $35 million fund targeting early-stage companies operating at the intersection of FinTech, financial inclusion and AI. In addition to providing capital, the firm plans to use its AI-powered platform to help portfolio companies accelerate growth and expand into new markets, giving founders access to operational support alongside financing.
