ARK Invest Shifts Holdings Toward AI Biotech and E-Commerce, Trims TSMC and SaaS Stocks
ARK Invest, a longtime backer of disruptive innovation, has recently shifted capital away from AI infrastructure companies such as TSMC (TSM) and NVIDIA, as well as mature SaaS providers, and toward healthcare data platforms such as Tempus AI. The moves reflect a gradual pivot in its investment focus toward AI applications and biotechnology.
In its latest portfolio adjustments, ARK increased its holdings in e-commerce companies, Tempus AI, Coinbase and Robinhood while trimming TSMC and SaaS stocks. Reports also said Cathie Wood sold shares for a second consecutive day, offloading about 58,000 NVIDIA shares on Friday, though the exact transaction dates and total value were not disclosed.
