Bank of America Leases Entire One Bryant Park Office Tower in New York

1 reports · First detected 2026-03-17 · Last active 2026-03-17

One Bryant Park, also known as Bank of America Tower, is a Midtown Manhattan landmark jointly owned by Bank of America and the Durst Organization. The bank already leased about 1.8 million square feet and houses its global corporate and investment banking operations there. Its expansion underscores a long-term commitment to New York as remote work reshapes the office market.

Bank of America announced on March 16, 2026, that it had signed a 20-year lease with the Durst Organization for all of the building’s office space and part of its retail area. The agreement expands its leased space by about 600,000 square feet to roughly 2.4 million square feet. The triple-net lease requires the bank to cover real estate taxes, insurance and maintenance costs. Financial terms were not disclosed.
