3 reports · First detected 2026-03-12 · Last active 2026-03-12

Blockchain company Ripple is known for XRP-based cross-border payments and enterprise financial services. The valuation of its privately held shares is an important gauge of its operating growth and capital strength. Ripple was valued at $40 billion last November, and the latest liquidity offer gives investors and employees another opportunity to cash out their holdings.

Ripple has launched a $750 million share buyback, offering to purchase stock from existing investors and employees at a price corresponding to a $50 billion company valuation. That is $10 billion, or 25%, above its $40 billion valuation last November. The program is scheduled to run through April this year.
