Velera Launches Cloud Ecosystem to Drive Credit Union Innovation

Velera is a credit union service organization (CUSO) that provides payment and fintech services to credit unions. To address fragmented data and slow integration in legacy systems, the company combines its cloud-native Stellaris technology stack with the Atmos intelligence layer. The platform connects data, risk management and payment capabilities, helping credit unions accelerate member acquisition and deliver embedded finance experiences.

Velera unveiled the ecosystem on April 14, 2026, and announced three additional offerings on April 15. Atmos Exchange is expected to roll out in phases by the end of 2026, Intelligence Point is scheduled to launch in early 2027, and a marketing engagement platform is already available to select clients. Velera did not disclose the investment amount, pricing or customer numbers.
