Eftsure Acquires AI Data Validation Fintech Relish

Eftsure has agreed to acquire Relish, a fintech company focused on AI-powered data validation. The deal brings Relish’s Data Assure platform and Invoice AI technology into Eftsure’s business, adding tools developed since 2020 for checking data accuracy and processing invoice information. The acquisition comes as companies increasingly seek automated controls that can improve the reliability of financial data and reduce risks in business-payment workflows.

Eftsure announced the acquisition in the latest development, with the transaction covering Relish’s Data Assure and Invoice AI assets. The companies did not disclose the purchase price, completion date or integration timetable. The confirmed scope indicates that Eftsure will absorb technology Relish has built since 2020, expanding its capabilities in data verification and fintech automation while giving Relish’s AI products a broader platform for deployment.
