ETFBOOK Raises $13 Million to Fund US, Asia Expansion

2 reports · First detected 2026-09-16 · Last active 2026-09-16

Founded in 2020 and headquartered in Zürich, ETFBOOK, the operating brand of SquaredData AG, provides normalized ETF data and analytics through APIs, a web platform and workflow tools. Its coverage spans more than 11,000 funds in Europe and the US, serving issuers, administrators, market makers, authorized participants and institutional investors. The funding comes as global ETF assets reach about $25 trillion, according to ETFBOOK, while fragmented sources and manual reconciliation remain a bottleneck for firms seeking a consistent view of flows, trading and holdings.

ETFBOOK said on Sept. 16, 2026, it raised $13 million in a funding round led by Expedition Growth Capital, with existing investor BlackFin Capital Partners participating. The company will use the proceeds to expand into the US and Asia-Pacific, broaden data coverage and add analytics capabilities. It plans to establish teams in New York and Hong Kong and grow its delivery hub in Cracow. ETFBOOK, which has more than 70 enterprise clients, projects global ETF assets will reach $35 trillion by 2030.
