HiddenLayer Raises $100 Million to Secure Enterprise AI
Enterprises are moving generative AI and autonomous agents into production, widening the attack surface beyond conventional software. Risks now include prompt injection, agent manipulation, malicious tool use and compromised models in the AI supply chain. Austin-based HiddenLayer sells discovery, attack-simulation, runtime-protection and supply-chain security tools for models, agents and workflows, positioning the company in a market becoming a distinct part of corporate cybersecurity spending.
HiddenLayer said on Sept. 2, 2026, that it raised $100 million in a Series B round led by Delta-v Capital. Ten Eleven Ventures, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft’s M12 and Booz Allen Ventures were among the participants. Annual recurring revenue increased more than tenfold over the past year, while the company added more than 50 platform customers. HiddenLayer plans to use the proceeds to expand engineering and research, strengthen sales and distribution, and enter Europe and the broader EMEA region.
