JPMorganChase Donates $14 Million to Help Nonprofits Fight Financial Scams

JPMorganChase is the largest US bank by assets. Financial scams cause personal losses while also eroding trust in banks and payment systems. US fraud losses reached $15.9 billion in 2025, with older adults and people with limited financial literacy particularly vulnerable, prompting financial institutions to strengthen cross-sector collaboration against scams.

JPMorganChase announced a $14 million donation to seven anti-scam nonprofits. The funding will support innovative fraud-prevention tools, community education and victim-assistance programs. The initiative responds to the $15.9 billion in US fraud losses recorded in 2025 and aims to improve scam awareness among high-risk groups while strengthening financial-safety awareness more broadly.
