Wells Fargo’s business banking division serves small businesses with annual revenue of up to $25 million, offering financing, deposit and cash-management services. These customers are an important foundation for long-term lending and deposit relationships, making the division’s leadership pivotal to credit strategy, customer acquisition and cross-product integration.

Wells Fargo said on February 23, 2026, that it had appointed Dennis Devine as its new head of business banking, effective immediately. He will be based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Devine has more than 20 years of financial-services experience and previously served as president and CEO of Alliant Credit Union. He will report to Kleber Santos, co-CEO of Consumer Banking and Lending.
