Phison Posts Record June Revenue as AI Servers Fuel NAND Demand
Phison Electronics has long focused on NAND flash controllers and storage solutions. Demand for enterprise storage has risen markedly in recent years as AI servers and generative AI inference require high-speed access to vast amounts of data. CEO K.S. Pua said the company will reduce the Retail market’s share of revenue and pivot toward higher-value AI storage solutions, reflecting an accelerating shift in its operating focus and product mix.
Phison Electronics said revenue in June 2026 reached a record monthly high, rising more than 300% from the same period in 2025, though the event data did not disclose the actual amount. Pua said the continued expansion of AI infrastructure and rapid growth of generative AI inference applications were sustaining strong global growth in demand for high-performance enterprise storage and NAND, providing the main impetus for the revenue surge.
