The service is not intended to replace doctors' diagnoses. Instead, it aims to help users track health changes, prepare questions for medical appointments and improve communication with healthcare providers.

Copilot Health can analyze medical records and wearable-monitoring data that users authorize for import, providing personalized health insights and pre-appointment summaries. As of the publication of the related reports, Microsoft had not disclosed an official launch date, subscription pricing or the amount invested.
