1 reports · First detected 2026-08-19 · Last active 2026-08-19

Kenmec Mechanical Engineering is expanding beyond smart logistics and semiconductor automation into AI-powered robotics, digital twins and data-center infrastructure. The Taiwanese company is adopting Nvidia’s virtual simulation and automation technologies across five strategic business areas, positioning itself to capture rising demand from manufacturers modernizing production and from operators building infrastructure for artificial-intelligence computing.

Kenmec said its order backlog reached NT$6.66 billion in the first half of the year, with semiconductor logistics accounting for 30% of new orders. The company is also extending its AI infrastructure push through subsidiary King Win Technology, which secured a strategic investment and is moving into liquid-cooling systems for AI data centers. The initiatives broaden Kenmec’s exposure to robotics, industrial simulation and thermal-management demand.
