Hwacom Expands Push into AI Infrastructure and Resilient ICT

Hwacom has long focused on systems integration and government information and communications contracts, and is now expanding its role to become an AI service provider. As businesses adopt generative AI and the government strengthens cybersecurity and communications resilience, AI computing infrastructure and resilient ICT are becoming key growth drivers for the company.

Hwacom said AI infrastructure and resilient ICT would be its main business priorities in 2026, while showcasing its enterprise generative AI platform, facial recognition technology and smart-city projects. The company expects demand for AI infrastructure and government contracts to support double-digit growth for the full year, but has not disclosed the amount of additional investment or the size of individual contracts.
