Taichung Bank Plans NT$1.06 Dividend, Second-Highest in Nearly 28 Years

The bank's board approved its proposed 2025 dividend policy on the 5th, calling for a payout of NT$1.06 per share, comprising a cash dividend of NT$0.39 and a stock dividend of NT$0.67. The overall payout ratio is close to 70%, with reports estimating a cash yield of about 1.9%. Taichung Commercial Bank posted 2025 net profit after tax of NT$9.057 billion and earnings per share of NT$1.53.
