As of July 20, 2026, Morgan Stanley had most recently announced that it was opening its $7.35 trillion wealth management gateway to AI-agent integrations, allowing employees of corporate clients to interact with the agents and make inquiries directly. The deployment moves generative AI beyond an internal support tool and into client-facing operations, marking a significant step in a major financial institution’s deeper integration of AI into corporate services.
