Cisco Rolls Out MyAgent to 90,000 Employees

1 reports · First detected 2026-08-28 · Last active 2026-08-28

Corporate adoption of generative AI is shifting from chat-based assistants toward agents capable of carrying out multistep tasks. Cisco’s MyAgent is built on its Circuit platform and supports large language models approved for enterprise use, giving the networking company a governed framework for deploying AI across everyday work while retaining control over the models employees can access.

Cisco has rolled out the custom AI agent to its entire workforce of about 90,000 employees. MyAgent can operate across Outlook, Webex and Jira to execute autonomous workflows spanning multiple applications. It also records individual preferences and interaction history, allowing the system to tailor future assistance and reduce repetitive work as Cisco seeks to improve collaboration and productivity across the company.
