Mastar FCG Night Explores Web3 and RWA Future for Trading Cards

Trading card games combine entertainment with a market for scarce physical collectibles, prompting developers and investors to explore whether blockchain technology can improve authentication, ownership records and secondary-market trading. The convergence of TCGs, non-fungible tokens and real-world asset tokenization could create new financial infrastructure around cards, though practical adoption will depend on reliable links between physical items and their digital representations.

Mastar will host its “Mastar FCG Night” at the New Taipei Esports Base, bringing together participants from three sectors: TCG, Web3 and gaming. Sponsored by Web3 financial infrastructure platform NOXCAT, the event will examine ways to bring physical card collections on-chain and use NFTs and RWA tokenization to represent collectible assets. Organizers have not disclosed an event date, ticket details or financial terms for the sponsorship.
