Savvy Wealth Raises $100 Million in Halo-Led Series C
Savvy Wealth is an AI-native registered investment adviser built for independent financial advisers. Its Savvy Intelligence platform uses AI agents and a unified data layer spanning customer relationship management, investments, tax and financial planning, while the broader business provides client service, centralized investment management, compliance and marketing support. The model offers an alternative to private equity-backed consolidation by allowing advisers to retain ownership of their practices and client relationships while gaining institutional-grade technology and operations.
On Sept. 9, 2026, Savvy Wealth said it closed an oversubscribed $100 million Series C led by Halo Fund, with existing investors including Thrive Capital, Industry Ventures from Goldman Sachs and Index Ventures participating. The financing lifted total capital raised above $200 million. Savvy said assets under management had reached $9 billion, more than quadrupling from a year earlier, while its network doubled to more than 150 advisers. The company expects annual recurring revenue to exceed $100 million in 2026 and will use the proceeds to expand Savvy Intelligence, add adviser services and hire technical staff.
