SeatGeek Launches Conversational AI Ticket Search
SeatGeek, an online ticket marketplace, has previously integrated ChatGPT and Google’s agentic AI search technology into its services. Event discovery can require buyers to combine preferences spanning location, date, budget and seating, making conventional keyword searches and filters cumbersome. Conversational AI could reduce that friction by interpreting several requirements at once and shortening the path from browsing to purchasing.
The company has now introduced Ask SeatGeek, a conversational search feature that lets users describe the type of event and tickets they want in natural language. The system then returns recommendations intended to match those preferences more precisely, extending SeatGeek’s AI strategy from basic event lookup toward intent-based discovery. Available information did not specify a launch date, user figures, conversion targets or the financial investment behind the product.
