Amica Expands ZestyAI Partnership With Regulatory Intelligence Tool

Amica is expanding its partnership with insurance technology provider ZestyAI, adding artificial intelligence to the labor-intensive work of tracking market rates and regulatory filings. U.S. insurers must monitor rules and submissions across multiple jurisdictions, making timely research critical to pricing, product strategy and regulatory compliance. Automating that process could help Amica identify market shifts sooner and prepare more efficiently for scrutiny from regulators.

Under the expanded relationship, Amica will deploy ZestyAI’s ZORRO Discover platform to monitor rate activity and regulatory filings in real time. ZestyAI says the product uses AI agents to analyze more than 200 million pages of regulatory documents and can reduce manual research time for Amica teams by 95%. The companies did not disclose the agreement’s value, deployment timetable or the specific business lines covered.
