AI Disruption Puts Older Workers Under Pressure to Reskill as Pay Shrinks

Generative AI is breaking down and automating white-collar jobs in administration, customer service, finance and law. Older workers face both skills gaps and the combined pressure of age discrimination and lower pay when re-entering the workforce.
