Salesforce Establishes Taiwan Subsidiary to Promote Agentforce AI Agent Platform
Global customer relationship management provider Salesforce has formally established a Taiwan subsidiary, identifying the island as an important Asian market for enterprise AI transformation. The company plans to apply experience gained in Japan to target the high-tech, manufacturing and financial sectors, helping businesses move generative AI from proof-of-concept projects into operational workflows.
As of July 20, 2026, Salesforce had not disclosed the investment in its Taiwan subsidiary or set out operational targets, but it had made Agentforce a key promotional priority for the year. The platform provides tools for building, deploying, operating and maintaining AI agents, enabling businesses to automate customer service, sales and other tasks according to their data and business rules.
