Kalshi Names Jeff Bandman Prime CEO

Kalshi operates a US-regulated prediction-contract exchange where users can trade on the outcomes of economic, political and other events. Jeff Bandman previously played a key role in helping the company secure approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in 2020, a milestone that established the regulatory foundation for Kalshi’s US operations.

Kalshi has appointed Bandman as chief executive officer of its Prime business, marking his second stint at the company. His return brings an executive with experience in regulation and market structure back into Kalshi’s leadership as the platform develops the business. The company did not disclose his compensation, a formal start date or quantitative targets for the Prime unit.
