Law Insurance Broker Unveils InForce R6 Generative AI Platform
Law Insurance Broker has built its insurance operations around in-house technology, establishing an information management unit 38 years ago. The Taiwanese brokerage says 86% of its core systems are developed internally and its cumulative spending on information technology and cybersecurity exceeds NT$760 million. The new platform connects generative AI to 30 years of system architecture, product data and insurance knowledge, aiming to accelerate research while making answers traceable and reducing the risk of fabricated responses.
On Aug. 26, 2026, Law Insurance Broker unveiled InForce R6 Gen AI 1.0, which it described as the insurance brokerage industry’s first homegrown generative-AI business-service platform. The company said overall accuracy exceeds 98%. Its initial rollout covers three areas: AI search for products and underwriting rules; an exam tutor that summarizes material and identifies weak points; and a CRM visit assistant that transcribes speech, summarizes client meetings and extracts customer concerns and insurance needs for follow-up.
