One Inc, ManageMy Partner to Bring Digital Payments to Insurers

Insurance premium collection and claims disbursement have long involved multiple systems and payment processes, with the level of digitization directly affecting policyholder experience and operational efficiency. Insurance payments technology provider One Inc has partnered with insurance platform provider ManageMy to embed payment capabilities into existing insurance service interfaces, removing the need for insurers to build separate payment infrastructure.

The partnership integrates One Inc’s ClaimsPay claims payment network and PremiumPay premium payment network into the ManageMy platform, supporting digital wallets, instant payments and virtual cards. Insurers can collect premiums and disburse claims through the same platform. The companies have not disclosed the signing date, number of clients adopting the service, transaction value or financial terms.
