HOYA BIT Showcases Taiwan’s First Crypto-Trading AI Agent

Bitget launched Agent Hub on February 14, 2026, integrating officially maintained Model Context Protocol (MCP) tools with its exchange APIs. The standardized interface allows AI agents to access market data, manage accounts, and execute spot and futures trades. Dedicated subaccounts isolate permissions and assets, advancing AI from an analytical assistant to a market participant capable of placing trades under controlled conditions.

On March 9, 2026, Bitget added Skills and a CLI to Agent Hub, expanding it to nine modules and 58 tools and allowing OpenClaw to connect in as little as three minutes. On May 15, Bitget said its AI trading ecosystem had surpassed 1 million users and generated $1.2 billion in cumulative trading volume. It launched the GetAgent Playbook on June 17, allowing Plus and Pro users to activate strategies in isolated subaccounts with one click.

Cryptocurrency markets trade around the clock and can shift sharply, while fragmented interfaces and dense market data often deter less experienced users. Taiwan-based exchange HOYA BIT is seeking to lower those barriers by making conversational AI a primary gateway to its platform. Its AI Native Exchange OS and assistant, “AI Jinbao,” let customers request quotes, review holdings and initiate transactions in everyday language. The company says the tool is designed to guide users through tasks, not make investment decisions on their behalf.

HOYA BIT unveiled the system at AI EXPO Taiwan on March 27, 2026, and formally launched AI Jinbao on April 13. The first release combines six core areas: deposit guidance, live prices and trends, portfolio summaries, instant swaps and recurring purchases, yield-product subscriptions and backtesting, plus price alerts and order queries. A customer can, for example, ask by voice to convert 1,000 USDT into BTC or explain an asset allocation. Any action that moves funds requires explicit user confirmation before execution.

Taiwanese cryptocurrency exchange HOYA BIT is integrating AI Agents into its platform's core architecture. The company aims to use automated interactions and data analysis to make crypto-asset services more accessible while providing personalized, real-time digital financial experiences. The initiative reflects a shift among Taiwanese exchanges from basic trade matching toward competition in AI-driven services.

HOYA BIT was named the “2026 Most Innovative Cryptocurrency Exchange” at the 2026 Hit AI & Blockchain Summit and announced plans to advance AI Agent products, broadening access to the crypto-asset market for users in Taiwan. As of the award announcement, the company had not disclosed a product launch date, investment amount or user-growth target.
