Edes Technology Enters 2-Nanometer and AI Server Supply Chains, Begins CoWoS Shipments

Edes Technology supplies semiconductor equipment consumables and precision components, including perfluoroelastomer seals, vacuum chucks and precision ceramic parts. AI GPUs are driving capacity expansion in CoWoS advanced packaging and leading-edge manufacturing processes, boosting demand for critical equipment consumables. The company’s products already support 5-, 3- and 2-nanometer equipment, positioning it to benefit from next-generation processes and the AI supply chain.

Edes Technology said at an earnings briefing on May 21, 2026, that its 2-nanometer products had been introduced into equipment beginning in 2025 and that CoWoS sealing materials had formally begun shipping. Over the past six months, it has produced about 40–50 sets of molds for AI servers and AI racks, which are now undergoing sample validation. First-quarter 2026 revenue rose 11% year on year to NT$213 million, while net profit increased 33% to NT$68.9 million. Earnings per share were NT$2.52.
