Solana DEX Orca Launches Tokenized Real-World Asset Marketplace
Real-world asset tokenization brings ownership interests in traditional assets such as gold, stocks and bonds onto blockchains for trading. The market has reached about $34 billion, according to RWA.xyz. Solana-based decentralized exchange Orca's move into regulated securities reflects the crypto market's accelerating integration with traditional finance.
On May 27, 2026, Orca and commodity tokenization platform Streamex announced the launch of a permissioned liquidity pool, initially offering GLDY, a yield-bearing token linked to gold. Investors must complete KYC and accredited-investor verification before they can trade around the clock. Orca's existing automated market-maker infrastructure has processed more than $500 billion in cumulative trading volume, and neither company acts as a broker or resale intermediary.
